Larry A. Daum
Master of Architectural Design, from the University of Wisconsin, class of 1977. Larry has an extensive experience in Residential and Institutional Design. In his first years of professional development, Larry worked as the Correctional Program Specialist for the National Clearinghouse for Criminal Justice Planning and Architecture and as architect associate for the Heise Group.

Larry joined Barry P. Ullmann, Inc. in 1997 after several years as independent designer of custom homes with over 150 new and remodeling projects. Mr. Daum has worked extensively with many local municipal and county governmental agencies and is responsible for the management of the different projects for The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.

Pierre Massé
Licensed Architect in France. He studied at the "école de beaux arts" in Paris. He first worked with Maison Phenix, the largest single family home builder in Europe where he was a project manager, coordinating the various aspects of home cluster development, land research, planning, permitting, financing, marketing and construction.
 
Based on this experience he started his own practice in Paris with Maison Phenix as one of his clients. Later he expanded his field of action in apartments, condominiums, hotels, resorts in France, Martinique, Morroco, China, Egypt.
 
The destiny brought him on the shores of Florida where he decided to settle. He created a design and development consultant firm offering developers land research, preliminary studies and building design in cooperation with local architects. The more prominent is Barry Ullmann with which he worked in joint venture on many projects.
 
After 22 years in Florida, he reopened his architectural firm in the Loire Valley, France. He is still involved with joint venture projects with Barry.

Tulio J. Zuloaga
Licensed Architect in Colombia since 1987. After receiving the Architect Degree from the Universidad Autonoma del Caribe in Barranquilla, Colombia, in 1986, Tulio worked with Baron & Macchi, Ltd., a design and build company, as a superintendent, project manager and project architect in Barranquilla and Cartagena, Colombia from 1987 to 1990. Preceded by a period of independent designing and construction, Tulio Zuloaga move to the Tampa Bay area and was hired as Project Manager by P.L.M. Contractors in 1999.

He joined Barry P. Ullmann, Inc. in 2001 and has been responsible for the modernization of the office operations. Tulio has an extraordinary capability for hand drawing of Architectural Color Rendering and is proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology implementing it in our major projects.

Alberto Rodriguez
Alberto joined Barry P. Ullmann, Inc. in 2002. Alberto is an alumnus of the Universidad Autonoma del Caribe School of Architecture, degree received in 1985 and licensed Architect in Colombia since 1987. He has a broad experience in all phases of the construction industry, beginning with the conceptual design and up to construction administration, and was also part of the team of professionals with Baron & Macchi, Ltd., in Barranquilla, Colombia from 1988 to 1992.

With the firm, Alberto participated in the BIM training program and has been part of the team of design professionals for the Schiller International University and The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast projects, among others.
