Barry P. Ullmann, Architect LLC. was founded in 1981 by Barry Ullmann,
registered Architect in the State of
Florida since 1977. Among his awards can be mentioned the 1991 Renovation of the year, Honorable Mention from Metal Architecture Magazine.
He was a member of the City of
Clearwater Downtown Design Review Committee in 2004 and 2005.

Barry P. Ullmann
Master of Arts in Architecture, from the University of Florida, class of 1975, registered Architect in the State of Florida since 1977 and received his NCARB Certification in 1989. Barry Ullmann began his independent practice in 1981, after more than 6 years as an associate with George C. Haddox, a recognized architect in

Barry Ullmann began his independent practice in 1981, after more than 6 years as an associate with George C. Haddox, a recognized architect in Clearwater, Florida. In 1983 an alliance with the firm Sanchez Planning Development in Gainesville, Florida, was constituted for the production of Construction and Contract Documents for the Federal Housing Authority. He is the author of, and responsible for the Design Standards & Criteria Manual for Boot Ranch Development, in Palm Harbor, Florida. Barry Ullmann has partnered with other architectural firms in the Tampa Bay area like Fleischman-Garcia Architects and Richard Adelson & Associates.
